WHY DON’T MORE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE OPPORTUNITIES?

One major reason is that most people don’t have access to the right information.

Many people (of all backgrounds) have fought very hard to get certain laws passed.  Now that they have these laws, many don’t know how to take advantage of them.

Don’t get mad.  Get smart.  Learn the rules of the game, know your rights and, at least once before you die, take advantage of these economic opportunities that many people have fought so hard to get.  If you don’t take advantage of these opportunities, someone else will.

As Frederick Douglas said, “There is no such thing as success without sacrifice.  You may not get all you pay for in this world, but you will certainly have to pay for all you get.”

All you have to do is find your niche and make it work for you.  Find a product or service that is particularly suitable for you and one that has the potential to make money for you.  There are examples all around us.  Many of you who live within a large city live down the street from old neighborhood grocery stores.  We all know that these stores usually charge more for their products than the bigger supermarkets.  These neighborhood grocers have found their niche.  They realize that they are offering a service that many people want and need.  Some people use the store for convenience, others because they don’t have the means of transportation to get to the larger stores.

Find your niche.  Ask yourself this question, “What can I sell or what service can I offer Corporate America or the private sector?”  Learn the rules of the game and the public and private sectors will buy from you.
